Alasdair Wilcock set up Maple Cone Ltd to provide effective, focused consultancy based on over 30 years’ experience across regulated and commercial energy, utilities and manufacturing sectors. With over 20 years at a senior level, Alasdair is extremely well qualified, both in engineering terms (he is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers), and in business (he has an MBA from Cranfield and is a Prince II Practitioner).

Alasdair works with a variety of clients in the public and commercial sector, primarily in the fields of decarbonizing electricity and heat, EVs, and integrated solutions which combine technologies. With up-to-the-minute knowledge of current developments across the industry, he is able to provide powerful short- and medium-term leadership and support at all levels within an organization. He adds tangible value by ensuring that strategic developments and projects are delivered effectively, putting your organization ahead of the game.
